Wow, wow, WOW! April has been a crazy month (in a good way!). Our client’s homes have been flying off the market – so many fast sales happening with the homes we have staged. Its what makes this work so gratifying!
We’re actually running non-stop still with new stages to install, and tons of client consultations, so not a lot of time to write a blog post, but here are just a couple of the homes we staged which sold fast this month!
This first one was occupied home staging, where we used the homeowners furnishings but updated the home and added wow factor with our art, accessories, etc – this $500,000 home in Riverbend sold in 4 DAYS!
The next photo, show below, was a vacant home stage which sold on offers day, above list price, with FIVE offers.
