There’s more to a good real estate photograph than taking a snapshot. We are making marketing decisions with every shot we take.
When we take listing shots, we are going well beyond photography – we understand that we are engaged in a key marketing activity. We aren’t “taking photographs”, we are producing marketing collateral. We will shoot to reveal the best features of the home, from the best angles, but always from a marketing and property styling perspective. We help do the selling while we do the shooting. There are a multitude of marketing considerations behind every single shot we capture. Leave it to us to give you the images you need to get your house SOLD.
With our expertise in design, visual display, merchandising, and property styling, we understand how to present interiors to enhance their visual appeal, play up their best features, and attract the interest of buyers. We never lose sight of this when shooting real estate listing photos. We recognize that our job is to get the buyer through your door, and that means we have to photograph spaces in a way that doesn’t just capture a space, but that attracts interest and generates excitement. We have the eye for detail. Our experience in design, styling and visual merchandising – combined with our formal training and understanding of composition, perspective, proportion, scale, color and camera angles – translates into visual impact that inspires buyers to linger over the photos, look closer – and then take action (call for an in-person viewing!). In a nutshell, we take photos designed to get buyers through your door. And when it comes down to it, that’s the purpose of listing photos.
Real estate photography should be about pressing buyers “hot buttons” much more so than simply photo documentation. We are always strategizing as we are shooting. Our objective when shooting a home is to peak buyers interest, create curiosity and intrigue, and leave them wanting more – we use photographic strategy to get them through the door to tour the home.
The Gear: We work with a high resolution, high definition wide-angle lens camera and offer HDR post-processing as an option, for vivid, dramatic photography that pops with life.
Our Clients: We are pleased to count among our regular clients some of the city’s top realtors, property investors, and builders, in addition to working with private home owners, yet our prices are very affordable relative to the going rate for real estate photography in Winnipeg.

There’s more to a good real estate photograph than taking a snapshot. As visual merchandisers, marketers and property stylists we are making marketing decisions with every shot we take.

Behind the Scenes Processing: Once shot, we take the images to our “digital darkroom”. Just as master photographers of bygone eras once lurked in actual darkrooms crafting their photographic works, to provide a more powerfully impactful image, there’s more work that we do behind the scenes once the photos have been shot. We don’t just shoot and then turn them over to you. We invest the time to process the photos – color correct, sharpen, burn, and dodge – anything to make your images more powerful and impactful when viewed by your potential buyers. So that you get photos and get RESULTS.
