Depending on your specific project and requirements, our services may include:

Builder Services

We work with custom home builders in assisting their clients in selecting light fixtures, kitchen cabinetry, counter tops, cabinetry hardware, interior doors, bath fixtures, paint colours, appliances, flooring, finishes and trim, as well as exterior finishes. We are part of the process from concept to completion. 

Preliminary Telephone Discussion

After a short discussion via telephone to get a preliminary understanding of your project and needs, if we feel we would be a good fit for you, we will schedule an on-site consultation.

Initial Consultation

During the initial consultation we will take the time to understand your project better, assess and identify your needs, and determine your budget and the scope of work.

Proposal or Recommendations

Depending on the size of your project, based on what was discussed in the initial consultation, we will present you with our recommendations or proposal.  Smaller scope projects we may be able to present you with design recommendations during the consultation, but typically it takes a couple of business days to a couple of weeks, depending on our current work load  and the size of your project, for us to review your project and come up with the best solutions and recommendations for you.

Execution

For mid to large size projects, once you’ve accepted our proposal, we get hard at work executing your project from concept to completion.  We remain in communication with you at every point in the process and handle your entire project with the same level of care and attention to detail as if it were our own. Creating beautiful spaces and highly happy clients are why we are in this business.
