Home Staging

Today its becoming the norm, not the exception, for Winnipeg property investors and builders to harness the power of effective home staging when putting their properties on the market.  Home staging provides a powerful competitive advantage when selling a home.  By contrast, with so many staged homes on the market, leaving the home your are marketing un-staged puts you at a distinct disadvantage when buyers are comparing properties. When done right, professional home staging helps make spaces look larger, plays up the home’s best features, distracts from any downsides, helps buyers better visualize living in the home, and helps buyers connect on an emotional level with the home – this leads to better, higher, offers.   Research published by the National Real Estate Association demonstrates that professionally staged houses sell faster and for higher prices than houses that have not been staged.   It is very common for the homes we stage to sell within a few days of hitting the MLS, often with multiple offers and above listing price.
